The secretary carries out and/or delegates all the administrative duties that enable the group and its members to function effectively.

  • Handles the correspondence of the club and keeps records of it
  • Attends monthly leadership meetings and maintains/shares official records of meetings
  • Informs leadership of deadlines for reports, action items and future commitments
  • Maintains and distributes a roster of leaders, committee leaders and committee members officers, including current email and phone numbers
